Yarrow came to me during a meditation and ever since i’ve been a huge fan. it’s pain relieving, anti-inflammatory, and anti-spasmodic. it also serves as circulatory stimulant. fun fact: this plant was found in a 60,000 year old burial grave in Iraq and traces of it have been found in ancient Egyptian wine casks.
